Heiko is from South Africa where he practiced as an Insolvency practitioner and lawyer, serving on the panels of various major financial institutions for the past 20 years.
He obtained a BProc degree at the University of Pretoria whereafter he obtained an LLB degree at the University of South Africa. He also obtained a Diploma in Insolvency Law. Being an Insolvency practitioner, Heiko attends to Liquidations, Management of statutory demands, Receiverships, Compromises and assists with complicated tax disputes.
With his extensive experience, he has the ability to analyse your situation and to provide the right solution to your business. His further experience as a trustee of numerous trusts and executor in deceased estates comes handy when advise in these areas are needed.
